Flowers showed up late, not happy with what I received vs. picture of what I thought I purchased. When delivery finally showed up, the flowers were left on the door step, didn't even have the courtesy to ring the door bell. Flowers were left outside for several hours due to the lack of attention to detail.

This was the ugliest arrangement I have ever ordered. I know it says they will exchange flowers if they don't have my order in stock, but I ordered sunshine and received a funeral arrangement. They offered me a discount due to my frustration, but it's been 30 days and I received zero. Do not order from this company....

I placed my order paid a little extra to have it delivered later that day. I get an email stating they are unable to make the delivery and would try to get to it the 1st of the next week. Finally delivered after 5 days I did contact the customer service and they issued a credit for the extra delivery fee.
